Can you please tell us more about BigBlueMail, yourself and what it is that you specialise in?

  1. What made you launch BigBlueMail?

Me and my partner launched BigBlueMail back in January 2023 and it was something we had envisioned and planned for a while.

With over a decade of combined experience in email marketing, we had both worked across multiple email platforms, but our main specialty was in Klaviyo.

We had in-depth knowledge of the platform, and collaborated with over 40 businesses across a large number of industries. But most importantly, we knew how to drive outstanding results for our clients and had proven this time and time again.

After a number of years of working for other email agencies - where we played key roles in generating significant email revenue for their clients and ensuring client satisfaction, we felt ready to go out on our own and deliver similar results but with a more client-centered approach.

One of the things we've been big on at BigBlueMail is ensuring we don't bring on a new business if A) we’re confident we can provide the time and support they deserve, and B) we believe their investment with us will yield a strong ROI in both the short and long term.

Since launching our agency, we’re proud to have partnered with 30+ businesses across various industries, consistently delivering results, increasing email revenue and subscriber growth, enhancing deliverability, driving engagement, and crafting tailored email designs that align with each client’s brand.

  1. What do you love about what you do in the e-mail marketing sector? 

What we love most about working in the email marketing sector is that it allows us to really be creative and work closely with clients to develop a strategy that is tailored to them and aligns with their business goals.

Following on from the above, being able to connect with amazing brands, whether a startup or established business, and feel that we’re an extension of their team is truly rewarding and we love to play a part in helping them achieve their business goals through the power of email marketing.

We truly enjoy the challenge of digging into data to understand what drives customer engagement, then using those insights to create content that resonates and builds lasting relationships.

When we see our strategies translate into real growth for businesses - whether it’s through higher open rates, stronger customer loyalty, or increased revenue, it brings a strong sense of accomplishment. Plus, the field is constantly evolving, with new tools and techniques emerging all the time, so there’s always something new to learn, test, and refine, which keeps the work dynamic and exciting.
